Formoseter Seterhus
Formoseter Seterhus are situated at Høvringen Høyfjellsgrend, 935 meters above sea level, at the entrance to Rondane National Park.
The secluded farm has views towards Rondane and Jetta and has ski trails and hiking trails right outside the gate. Since we began renting out the houses more than 10 years ago, we have had many satisfied guests, many of whom return year after year.
Formoseter Seterhus has a long history, being used for traditional farming up until about 1930. Since then the farm has been used for grazing animals and harvesting animal feed. Presently there are four restored farmhouses from the 1800s, The buildings are fully-equipped for self catering and can accommodate 2 to 18 guests. There’s space in total for about 30 guests.
